Simple, super foods, and super delicious, what more could you want in a smoothie bowl?
Acai Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (I used cashew)
- 1/2 cup frozen acai berries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 small frozen banana
- Granola (make your own, or storebought – I used a brand called Granola Girl)
- Chia seeds
- Shredded coconut
Blend the non-dairy milk, acai berries, blueberries, and frozen banana until smooth. Pour the smoothie blend into a bowl. Top with granola, chia seeds, coconut, pineapple, and banana. Feel free to add any other fresh fruit, seeds, or nuts as toppings as on your smoothie bowl! And that’s it! Now you have a perfect, refreshing, healthy breakfast or snack. Enjoy!
